Our client, located near Bloomfield, NJ is adding a Accounting/Executive Assistant to the team.
In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- HR functions which will include Benefits Enrollment, Benefits Verification, Benefits Summary, New Hire Onboarding
- Payroll timesheets, Maintaining track of timesheets, attendance and employees' hours
- Budget Lines
- Cutting Live Paychecks and Direct Deposits
Requirements for the position include:
- Degree or Previous experience is not required but highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate within all levels of the organization.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
