Job Description

Vaco is partnering with a company whose growth has been and will continually be exponential. The office and team are energetic and makes going to work…well… fun! The Accounting Manager role will be a strong #2 in the accounting department reporting to the CFO, and after a short ramp up period will manage the accounting department. The CFO is amazing, personable and loves to mentor people. The other executive team leaders are just as incredible and treats their employees like family.

Responsibilities:

  • Review financial statements
  • Complete all general ledger journal entries
  • Oversee both AP, AR, payroll
  • Bank, credit card and other Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Month-end close

Requirements:

  • 3+ years supervisory/management experience
  • Understanding WIP
  • Experience with full General Ledger
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
