Experienced Accounting Manager needed for growing tech company!

Our Bellevue client is currently searching for an Accounting Manager for its growing Accounting department. In this role, you would manage the Accounting team to support the company mission as well as support accounting and reporting needs.

What you need:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Expert technical accounting skills
  • A strong foundation in establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and successfully collaborate with staff at all levels and across various entities
  • Proficiency with ERP/financial systems - implementation experience a major plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Americas region to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Facilitate audit requests and questions with external auditors
  • Analyze variances between actuals and budgets in order to identify trends and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in developing and refining processes and standards for monthly reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations and the necessary journal entries
