Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Associate:

  • The AP Associate will work in a high-volume environment and will be responsible for the full AP cycle.
  • 3-way matching.
  • The AP Associate will reconcile monthly AP to the general ledger.
  • Work with manufacturing plants to resolve invoice issues.

Job Requirements for the Accounts Payable Associate:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of high-volume AP experience
  • Experience with 3-way matching
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with AS-400 software is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
