Fortune 500 company looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join their team!

As the Administrative Services Coordinator you will:
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Manage all Administrative duties as necesarry (correspondance, scheduling, calendar management...)
  • Ensure all properties are up to date on building regulations
  • Act as liaison between management and tenants

  • Previous experience in property management and commercial real estate highly preferred
  • Administrative expereince required
  • Customer service and organizational skills required.
  • Experience with Angus a plus
