Job Description

Our Client is seeking an Application Support Analyst/Business Analyst that supports the Commercial business team by providing operational ownership, utilization and training of key technology platforms such as CRM, reporting, and analysis systems. They will also help drive strategic and effective business decisions through creating data analysis, internal reports, presentations, data models, statistical analysis, and works with shareholders in providing them with trends and insights that aid business decisions.

Key Responsibilities include:
-Provides key management of the organization's enterprise CRM Software platform including user training, adaption and best practices
-Efficiently and effectively communicate data insights and analyses to diverse group of business users
-Possess strong analytical and technical skills: Administers complex CRM and reporting platforms, resolves issues, updates system with help of vendor to address Business needs
-Create engaging visualizations or reports based on analyzing large volumes of data from different sources
-Interacts regularly with both field and inside sales teams to ensure compliance with company utilization of key systems
-Achieve mastery of internal reporting and data systems in order to provide rich insights and reports to business teams


Knowledge/Skills
- QlikSense/Qlik View Development
-BS/BA or Higher in technology or quantitative/statistical field (data management)
-1-3 Years of professional experience as Technology Analyst
-Experience administration or support of Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM Platforms
-Superior Microsoft Excel Skills
-Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI (or similar tools)
-Very strong numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment.
