As an Assistant Controller/Manager of Financial Reporting, you will be supporting the Controller in day-to-day tasks, financial reporting, month-end close, year-end, audit and ad-hoc special projects. A knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting is key. Healthcare is preferred. ON-SITE is a MUST!

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Handling responsibilities ranging from financial reporting, general accounting, supervising and reviewing, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.
  • Coordinating and handling the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary to provide accurate consolidated accounting results.
  • Work with auditors on external audit.
  • Handle financial reporting, footnotes, and other ad-hoc needs.
  • Providing direction for financial planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Serve as the right-hand to the Controller who will be primarily supporting other projects. Someone who can supervise but also be heavy in the weeds with the team and handling a lot of day-to-day activities.
