Key Details:

  • Accounting degree and CPA a must
  • Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with at least 3 years of management responsibilities.
  • Must have previous management skills - to include conducting performance reviews, taking any necessary disciplinary action, etc.
  • Manufacturing/Inventory experience is HIGHLY desirable.
  • Experience managing finance systems-some kind of large ERP (they are on JDE)

  • Leadership of US and Canada based Accounting teams
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of internal financial statements and reporting to our parent company for use in global consolidation
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements; and monthly operating results against budget and forecast; prepares ad hoc analyses to support department leaders
  • Ensures compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Cash forecasting for North American entities
  • Maintains systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value.
  • Implements and maintains procedures to improve workflow efficiencies.
