You will work closely with the service manager, technical manager or project managers in order to provide a wide range of services for our clients audio-visual integration projects.

These activities will include service and support at client installations, client communications, project progress review with the project manager, the client and the implementation team, site specific planning, site deployment plan, review and confirmation of equipment/materials, estimating resource requirements, directing and mentoring on-site technical staff to complete project specific tasks and all other implementation activities for our audio visual projects or with the post-sales service and support.

  • ​Provide technical support to the customer's audio-visual installations
  • Plan, organize and delivery service contracts at our customers sites
  • Organize and coordinate the hiring of additional necessary labor to deliver service calls
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors service/support groups to facilitate timely resolutions to service issues
  • Manage the Service agenda via the company's software tools
  • Create reports detailing service work performed


  • ​​​​​​​​​College degree in audio-visual or other relevant domain
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in a relevant field
  • An excellent understanding of audio, lighting, video projection for both consumer and professional grade equipment
  • Knowledge of automation systems (Crestron AMX), video conferencing systems (Polycom, Cisco), lighting systems (DMX, Light Jockey, ETC, Strand), digital audio processing (Q-SYS, Soundweb, Biamp)
  • Excellent technical analytical skills; A high standard of personal integrity & professionalism
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency with MS office
  • Ability to work in diversified locations such as restaurants, bars, performance halls, conference rooms, universities, train stations, etc.
  • Valid Passport and ability to travel
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Teamwork oriented and cooperative
  • Ability to manage priorities, respecting timelines and critical deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to work outdoors in any given season
  • Fall Arrest Certification is an asset
  • COR is an asset
  • Moderate or advanced Windows OS and Apple OS is an asset
  • Moderate or advanced Windows networking is an asset
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Good skills in organization and resourcefulness
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD preferred but not required
  • CTS certification preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
