Vaco is hiring multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for a great organization! You must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance, Customer Service Representative Level I
Objectives:
Under direct supervision, provides a broad range of insurance-related customer service support and services to Company's franchise owners and insurance agents, and their customers (policy holders) in order to maintain and strengthen relationships. This job is NOT a sales role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handles inbound requests received via phone calls, email, and text chats from policy holders, agents, and others
2. Proactively makes outbound phone calls and/or writes outbound correspondence to gather information and gain clarity as needed to resolve issues
3. Meets and exceeds the expectations of customers through clear, professional communication and problem resolution
4. Listens to, and incorporates feedback to continuously improve the quality of customer services
5. Documents activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately
6. Performs other related duties as assigned
7. Reports activity and outcomes to manager

Internal/External Relationships:
Plays a key role as the "face/voice of Company" to inbound callers and those who receive outbound calls. Participates as a member of a Customer Service Team to produce positive satisfaction results as measured by net promoter score, first call resolution, call quality, and other metrics. Works with all levels of the organization to promptly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0-3 years' experience in Customer Service or a related field
* Strong customer service mindset; a desire and ability to deliver service that provides a high level of satisfaction
* Strong verbal and written communicator; must be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn Company systems and regularly update activities accurately
* Some independent judgment and decision making
* Ability to learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
* Able to gather and analyze facts and data, draw some inferences, weigh alternatives and present logical solutions
* Able to manage own time, activities and resources
* Team player; must be able to contribute to the team and rely on others to achieve objectives
* Must have or be able to obtain 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license within 60 days of employment
