Job Details of the Billing and Collections Specialist
* Maintaining and monitoring assigned accounts
* Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress
* Performing high volume business to business collections
* Assisting with reconciliation of accounts
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Reviewing and managing aged accounts
* Maintaining weekly goals and metrics
* Assisting with month-end activities
Job Requirements
* Associates/Bachelors degree preferred but not required
* Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
* Proficient in MS Office suite - Excel knowledge is a must
* Experience with QuickBooks pref
