Business Analyst / UAT Oversight

• Responsible for Requirements to be documented clearly with success/exit criteria.
• Responsible for documenting the right test cases that map to every requirement to build the ATI's systems.
• Single point of accountability to establish Requirements Traceability Matrix from Scope to Testing

Validation of Scope

• Review with Business
• Work with PM on Approvals

Validating High Level Requirements & Detailed Requirements

• Enter in Project Site
• Review with Business
• Work with PM for Approvals
• Includes scheduling the requirements gathering sessions.

Will facilitate End User Testing (this process is dependent on project approach Agile or Waterfall)

• Document test plan working with Project Manager and Solution Architect (SA)
• Review test plan with testers
• Create testing schedule.
• Ensure the environment is ready for testing.
• May create scenarios or testing scripts.
• Ensure signoff on testing before migration to production.
• Work with business/PM to track, coordinate, and manage defect/UAT Findings List
• Work with PM to produce testing status reports to be distributed to
• stakeholders.
• Work with PM/SA and Release Manager to conduct Go/No-Go readiness based on UAT findings.

Contract til 12/31/21 with extension possible.
