Client Relations Representative in Conshohocken, PA at Vaco

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a Company located in Indianapolis and in the Philidelphia area to fill a Client Services role.

This is a contract role that will work remotely until office is deemed safe with COVID guidelines.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Working and resolving account level matters from clients and agencies across multiple computer and software platforms.
• Updating account records with relevant information such as bankruptcy or deceased information, consumer contact and client or agency comments or instructions.
• Processing incoming correspondence such as mail, email, fax or other form of client communication
• MINIMAL responbility: Answer incoming telephone calls from clients in a professional manner, while complying with company policies.
