Job Description

Our downtown client is adding a compensation manager to their HR team. If you have 5+ years as a compensation analyst, a strong understanding of incentive and sales comp as well as stock and equity comp plan components please apply. Ideal candidate will come from large sales organizations or banking/insurance companies. Experience with workday is helpful. Will supervise two compensation analysts and must have incredible customer service and ability to collaborate with line mangers up to the C suite with ease.
