As an HRIS Analyst, you will strive to understand user needs to identify and implement new functionality throughout all HR Information Systems (HRIS)/Technology systems.

Additional responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst include:

  • Developing a working knowledge of all HR and Payroll related computer systems, integrations and interfaces (Kronos)
  • Communicating effectively with HR business partners / SME groups to gather business and legal requirements
  • Implementing modifications to existing systems or applications that will effectively accomplish desired objectives
  • Supporting the active monitoring of the Kronos system processes and operations.
  • Supporting the evaluation and testing of Kronos defect fixes and system upgrades conforming to change control policies and procedures

Job Requirements

As an HRIS Analyst, your experience with payroll, compensation, benefits, safety, and retention strategies will be crucial for this leadership position. Additional requirement of the HRIS Analyst role include: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 3 to 7 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst • Significant experience with configuration in Kronos Workforce Central timekeeping system • Experience leading system implementation, upgrades, enhancements etc • Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
