Ideal Profile/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in finance/Accounting
  • CPA a plus
  • 1-3 years in commercial real estate space
  • Experience working with CAMs and 3rd party tenants and managers
  • Expert in Excel

  • Read new leases and assign recoverable expenses to expense pools in compliance with the leases.
  • Create annual budget recovery reconciliations and finalize impound charges for billings at the start of the next year.
  • Create new recovery reconciliations for new developments and acquired properties.
  • Research and respond to tenant inquiries about their recovery charges and final year-end reconciliations.
  • Pursue collection of unpaid recovery charges, including resolving any disputes or inquiries that are causing the tenant to delay repayment of charges.
