Location: North Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work environment)

Salary: $130K-$175K DOE

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Controller for a prestigious Healthcare company in North Phoenix. Our client searching for a seasoned Controller with extensive Healthcare accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, tax compliance experience, experience working for a PE backed company, and experience calculating incurred but not reported claims expense. Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting department
• Financial reporting and regulatory filings
• Accounting research
• Tax compliance and reporting
• Maintain tax compliance
• Manage and mentor team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory experience
• 5+ years of healthcare accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
• Experience with healthcare cost accounting and accrual accounting
• Experience working for a Private Equity backed company
• CPA required
