- Conduct vendor guide reviews and identify customer compliance gaps
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to resolve customer compliance gaps utilizing root cause corrective actions
- Provide monthly reporting and dashboards to track and report on customer deductions including number, value, and paybacks
- Analyze deductions to determine validity; responsible for validating and denying customer claims
- Research customer deductions, compile back up, and submit claim to dispute invalid chargebacks
- Identify opportunities to reduce valid deductions (pricing, agreed upon allowances, etc.)
