Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading Medical Device company North of Boston we are seeking strong Client Service oriented individuals who are looking to provide Accounting/Invoicing support to our clients.   • Ensuring the highest level of client service to external customers.
  • Management of customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, PO tracking, customer service and working with clients to resolve outstanding issues
  • Responsible for gathering the necessary data to assist management with account specific decisions
  • Daily, weekly and quarterly reporting, use of excel and proprietary system
  • Auditing account specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client specific information
  • Analyze costs to identify trends and discrepancies on a month to month basis.

Requirements

  • Related experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Management
  • Relatable internship and/or hands- on experience preferred, but nor required
  • Proficient to advance Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Goal driven with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Building customer relationships, conflict resolution, professionalism, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to use independent judgment
