Vaco Boston is currently partnered with a leading Medical Device company North of Boston we are seeking strong Client Service oriented individuals who are looking to provide Accounting/Invoicing support to our clients. - Ensuring the highest level of client service to external customers.
- Management of customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, PO tracking, customer service and working with clients to resolve outstanding issues
- Responsible for gathering the necessary data to assist management with account specific decisions
- Daily, weekly and quarterly reporting, use of excel and proprietary system
- Auditing account specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client specific information
- Analyze costs to identify trends and discrepancies on a month to month basis.
Requirements
- Related experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Management
- Relatable internship and/or hands- on experience preferred, but nor required
- Proficient to advance Excel skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Goal driven with problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Building customer relationships, conflict resolution, professionalism, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking skills
- The ability to use independent judgment
