Desktop Support Technician - Starts Immediately!
Melbourne, FL
6-8 month contract

Vaco was hired by a healthcare organization to staff for Desktop Support Technicians to work at hospitals to support workstation upgrades and migration projects within a Windows OS environment. Our contract roles starts immediately after resume' review.

Responsibilities:

  • Workstation setup, upgrades, and migration projects within Windows OS environment.
  • Hardware support including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • End user support and ability to interact with business users.
  • Prepare IT inventory of laptops, computers, peripheral devices, and mobile devices.
  • Solve network connectivity issues in regards to the hardware.
