Project Manager, Digital Services Team

The IT Team within a respected manufacturing organization seeks a Continuous Improvement-Driven Project Manager that can wear multiple hats on a wide variety of different projects. This PM will manage Web Application projects along with ERP Consolidations, Changes, and Upgrades along with many other tech-driven, digital initiatives. Overall you will lead complex project efforts that will influence products of the future and simplify processes for cost savings and organizational improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 Years of Project Management with multiple years of experience in a leadership capacity taking ownership over complex decision-making without needing any supervision to do so.
  • The ability to create a Project Scope for organizational initiatives
  • Experience in a Program Management capacity would be highly preferred.
  • Project Management experience delivering modern technology solutions (ideally combined experience in both an Enterprise and Startup Environment)
  • Microsoft Office Expertise
  • The ability to be scrappy and handle whatever needs to be taken care of or delegated to move a project forward, creative, innovative-thinker
  • Project Management including Waterfall & Agile PM Experience including ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.
  • Experience managing projects involved with Applications, infrastructure, InfoSec, & Public/Private Cloud Solutions.
  • Manages a wide variety of complex software/infrastructure projects at Scale.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering complex projects on schedule
  • Skilled at Process/Requirements Documentation, ability to create a long-term Process Roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement/Change Management
  • Highly extroverted, can communicate ideas with many different stakeholders across nationally and globally distributed business groups. Including being a key influencer for both technical & non-technical leadership.
  • Desire to innovate and stay up-to-date on new technologies and developments in IT systems.
