Job Description

Vaco is currently seeking a Director level M&A Consultant to assist in an upcoming M&A project! This will be a remote 4-6 month project with possible (limited) travel to client site.

Role Description: Work on reviewing organizational structure, evaluating redundancies, business processes, finance operations, and technology.

Primary Skill Sets (a must!)

  • M&A integration Management and Operations Strategy experience
  • Experience in setting up and working within a PMO or Integration Office
  • Ability to conduct fit/gap analysis of IT, Business, Operational processes and systems
  • Ability to conduct disruption analysis between entities on business processes and aligning how they can operate on a go forward basis together
  • Organizational design (operating model) and Org change management
  • Design of priorities and future roadmap for integration tasks identified from the above
