We are working Real Estate Company in West LA area who is looking for an eager executive assistant to support C-level executives. We are looking for someone proactive, personable, and can handled a fast paced environment. This role is fully in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Maintain and manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Act as office manager and keep inventory on office supplies
  • Screen and direct phone calls
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 3-5 plus years experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in G suites is a must
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
