Vaco Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing and exciting team of real estate investment professionals. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the practice by providing tailored and timely support to executive members.

This position is in the office, Monday-Friday, in Culver City, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, clients, and other partners
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare presentations and other communications and proofread for spelling and grammar
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage executives' schedules and calendars - booking meetings, conference calls, trainings etc.
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly expense reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls
  • Update and maintain files and records and keep information confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
