Responsabilités :

Plus précisément, vous serez en charge de l'ensemble de la comptabilité de l'entreprise et agirez à titre de bras droit finance pour la direction.

• Diriger l'implantation du nouveau système ERP
• Exécution du processus de clôture de fin de mois et production des rapports mensuels et trimestriels.
• Présentation des résultats aux exécutifs
• Assurer la gestion des comptes payables, recevables et suivi des flux de trésorerie
• Assurer les suivis budgétaires
• Effectuer des analyses soutenant la prise de décision
• Gestion du dossier de taxes
• Participer activement à l'amélioration des processus
• Soutenir l'entreprise dans divers projets relatifs à la croissance et stratégie

Exigences :

• BAC en comptabilité essentiel, titre un CPA un fort atout
• Posséder un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
• Bilinguisme à l'oral et à l'écrit - Anglais et Français de niveau avancé;
• Fortes compétences avec Excel;
• Expérience en implantation de système ERP, atout;

About the Opportunity

• Lead the implementation of the new ERP system
• Execution of the month-end closing process and production of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Presentation of results to executives
• Ensure the management of accounts payable, receivable and monitoring cash flow
• Ensure budget monitoring
• Ensure compliance with sales tax filings and perform corporate tax calculations
• Perform analyzes supporting decision-making

About You

• BAC in accounting essential, title a CPA a strong asset
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Oral and written bilingualism - advanced English and French;
