We are looking for a full cycle recruiter that can handle the hiring process for one of our Los Angeles clients. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in full cycle recruiter, specific in a wide range of industries, someone who has familiarity in ATS software's, and someone who has an approachable and fun rapport. As a full cycle recruiter you will help create job descriptions, source and interview potential candidates, and run and maintain the overall hiring process.

  • Create and maintain job descriptions.
  • Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Lead in distributing and analyzing Employee Satisfaction Survey, and assist in increasing employee engagement, develop plan and execute on strategies to increase employee satisfaction
  • Assist in evaluating employee performance and provide resources and coaching opportunities as needed
  • Enhance and develop HR policies, as needed, to define internal personnel process and ensure compliance with any applicable laws


  • Minimum of 3 years experience of full-cycle recruitment, corporate/in-house recruitment
  • Preferred 1 year of hiring in the restaurant industry
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS Systems(Greenhouse/Bamboo HR) and resume databases (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communicator, with ability to lead on sensitive calls
  • Approachable style; ability to connect with employees and establish rapport
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information
  • Highly organized with a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
