Job Description

Our client, located just west of Boston, is a rapid growing company with a number of openings for entry-level help desk professionals to join its team. Candidates will be required to resolve technical issues within a timely manner. Previous experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all installations and service requests for new and existing customers accurately and timely
  • Work closely with all internal departments to ensure correct service and billing
  • Utilize online systems to process orders and obtain accurate service order completions
  • Troubleshoot customer requests to ensure proper resolution
  • Professionally and accurately handle customer requests including technical and non-technical inquiries
  • Answer routine questions regarding products and services
  • Follow up with customers and internal departments to confirm that issues have been resolved both timely and satisfactorily

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years in a technical support related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent multitasking ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience
