Job Description

  • Coach and consult with management in each department and the Executive team to understand business needs and develop solutions to drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to management on a variety of issues, such as HR best practices, new employment laws/regulations, COVID related protocols.
  • Understand and provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and programs, benefits (including 401(k)), talent acquisition and retention, compensation and stock equity (stock options, RSUs), etc.
  • Evaluate areas of improvement and brief executives.
  • Regular collaboration with the executive to understand and align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Source, recruit, interview, and hire employees at all levels.
  • Analyze turnover trends and develop retention programs in conjunction with management objectives.
  • Provide oversight for compensation, promotion, and talent management activities to ensure compliance with policies and consistency of experience across the organization.
  • Manage and drive the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Knowledgeable and strong understanding on functionality of an HRIS - Paycom or other HRIS tool.
  • Partner with the Senior Accountant (Finance) and other key stakeholders in Finance and IT to ensure employee data and changes are processed accurately.
  • Oversee the benefits programs and manage relationship with benefits broker.
  • Initiate and track Leaves of Absence following all Federal and State LOA requirements.
