HRIS Administrator
A professional who will be responsible for the management and enhancement of business processes and information resources for the HR Department, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, security, integrity, processing and reporting of HR and Payroll information through HRIS, manage HRIS upgrades, customizations, and reporting requirements.
The Company recently completed an upgrade of its HRIS/Payroll system to the Ceridian Dayforce platform. Importantly, this position serves as the primary point of contact for users of the system seeking guidance or assistance using Dayforce, and particularly those involved in managing payroll and HR functions. This person also serves as HRIS liaison with IT, Finance, payroll, HR, and HRIS Vendor; manage special projects in HR information management including ACA reporting; and provide backup and support to payroll and benefits administration.
Additionally, this person will identify training needs of end users and develops and coordinates the necessary training protocols to meet those needs. This individual will interact daily to provide training, assistance and guidance to HR and Payroll personnel in the operations as necessary.

The successful candidate must have a four-year college degree plus a minimum of four years' experience in HRIS role including technical and analytical experience. Experience with the Ceridian Dayforce platform is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications required. Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access are required. Familiarity and experience with SQL principles and functionalities is required. Must possess an ability to work both independently and with teams.
