Job Description

Project Manager will lead multiple large initiatives and projects across the organization using multiple project management approaches. The Project Manager will be leading and connecting all the HR related activities and plans across a number of initiatives. The individual will need to be a strong leader, able to multi-task, determine problems and resolve the issues at hand, and have excellent communications skills.

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of Project Management across multiple types of projects - business and technology, methodologies, and teams.
  • Specific experience Project Managing HR projects, Employee Engagement projects, and/or organization change efforts.
  • Experience driving and executing highly complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
  • Organizational Change Management mindset and experience building stakeholder and communication plans
  • Experience leading and implementing Process definition and process improvement efforts
  • Experience project managing Business transition/integration efforts and/or Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Able to manage projects in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet;
  • PMP Certification, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • HR business acumen a plus


  • Drives and executes all phases of the enterprise-wide and/or highly complex projects.
  • Manages enhancements and change requests from business requirement gathering, design, development to implementation.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
  • Plans, schedules and communicates activities, deliverables, goals and milestones.
  • Efficiently identifies, communicates and resolves project/process issues.
  • Demonstrates leadership in defining requirements for process analysis.
  • Designs and maintains process and project documentation.
  • Manages competing demands relevant to the scope, risk, quality and change management.
  • Able to identify cross project dependencies, business impacts, and facilitate coordination.
