HYBRID SCHEDULE

Vaco, Boston has teamed up with our client, a superior, world class, Financial Services Software Company located in Waltham, MA. We have been asked to identify Financial Services Industry Corporate Actions Specialist/ Data Operations Analyst. Act as a Primary Point of Contact for Brokers, Fund Companies (Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds), Institutions, and Individual Traders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-profile collaborative environment.

The Data Operations Analyst is part of the Corporate Action team and responsible for the following tasks: day to day data monitoring, researching, processing and verification of corporate actions. This is a team-based position that will also include assigned individual responsibilities.

Overview

• Corporate Action Events Vendor Reporting.
• Interpret corporate action specific data, taxability, and cost allocation based on vendor provided information and pricing.
• Maintain Security Master File
• Reconciliation of Fixed Income Securities.
• Financial Services Client Research and Resolution
• Scrub Fixed Income Data and Resolve Vendor Errors
• Strong Corporate Actions experience
• Previous Operations/Financial Services Experience
• Knowledge of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions
• Knowledge of Foreign and Domestic Corporate Actions.
• Working Knowledge of Fixed Income Securities
• Cost basis accounting knowledge

Compensation Summary

Pay $24-$30 per hour
