  • Learn, understand, and become an expert in the Nimble Association Management System (AMS) solution, which uses the Salesforce platform
  • Challenge customers on business processes and guide them towards using more baseline functionality
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules when necessary, determining daily priorities, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones
  • Review business requirements and participate in requirement capture sessions with clients
  • Analyze and align current business process with product capabilities
  • Drafts all discovery documents/business requirements associated with an implementation project
  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
  • Basic understanding of project management practices
  • Lead training and demonstration of standard product features as well as configured solutions
  • Develop and execute user acceptance test scripts
  • Create help documentation for client specific solutions
  • Practice continuous improvement - contributing to the improvement of implementation and service team best practices and processes
  • Understand relational database structure as related to solution approach or configuration requirements
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with dedicated teams that include Project Managers, Salesforce Consultants, Platform Developers, and Data Specialists.
  • Analyze interests of both the Client and NimbleUser and ensure that our solution not only meets the needs of the Client today, but will also be scalable, and easy to maintain in the years to come.
