Job Description

As a Project Manager with you must be patient/family focused, loyal, motivated and interested in serving your community.

Other requirements of this role include:
* Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university IS REQUIRED.
* Five years direct experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of IT project management, process development and execution.
* Proven project management, leadership and relationship-building capabilities are essential.
* High energy, positive, "can-do" attitude, flexibility, teamwork and attention to detail; high degree of initiative.
* Proven focus on execution, delivery and commitment to meeting dates.
* Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all activities. Holds others accountable in a professional manner.
* Working knowledge of health care work flows and patient care. Proficient in the use of project planning software, preferably MS Project.
* Demonstrated experience in matrixed-personnel management.
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
* Must successfully complete critical thinking skills assessment

* Five or more years of experience in information systems project management. Health Care information systems experience would be a plus. Overall experience will be considered in lieu of Health Care.
* Understanding of HIPAA policies and directives would be a plus.
* Proficiency in application documentation and reporting tools.
* Experience managing at both the project manager and program manager levels is preferred.
* PMP certification is strongly preferred
* ITIL knowledge and/or certification is strongly preferred.
* Experience with clinical, web-based, and mobile applications a plus.
