Job Description

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for handling assigned inbound leads that come in through help tickets or are identified from the outside sales team as meeting the criteria for inside involvement. The role will also be responsible for targeted communication to uncover opportunities for Inside and Outside Sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer calls promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Duties:

  • Quickly follow up with all assigned tickets to direct them to the proper department.
  • Make initial contact and set consistent follow ups with all contacts to get them to the first call so we can begin the sales process.
  • Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Reps and be able to adapt when necessary.
  • Learn to adjust presentations based on wins and losses.
  • Capture accurate information for entry into SalesForce.
  • Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages.

Skills:
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record of successful sale experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce a plus.
