Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripherals
* Installs hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as needed
* Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshooting
* Responds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levels
* Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks
* Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentation
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer service
* Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations' values

Requirements include:
* Associate's degree in related field
* 3-5 years' experience in related technical support role
* Operator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experience
* May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

Applicable Certifications:
* Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSE
* CCNA, Networking +
* ITIL Foundations preferred
* HDI Support Center Analyst preferred
