In this role you will serve as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager supporting assigned programs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other Managers to develop and maintain a consolidated work plan. You will be responsible for resource planning including professional services, hardware and software. You will coordinate equipment build activities, attend key program meetings, document key issues and escalate issues accordingly, communicating to key stakeholders within the Program about critical decisions and ensuring timely completion of those decisions.

Other responsibilities of the Project Management role include:

  • Developing and managing detailed project work plan for assigned project/program
  • Collaborating with IT project managers to update and manage cross-functional milestones and dependencies
  • Facilitating meetings as needed
  • Publishing meeting minutes
  • Coordinating equipment build activities
  • Developing and managing IT Engineering resource plan in Excel
  • Developing and managing list of required hardware and software in Excel
  • Prioritizing and communicating proactively to manage departmental expectations regarding status/timing of resource availability (includes hardware and software)
  • Developing IT Engineering option summaries and recommendations to escalate and present to key decision makers
  • Documenting personal progress in weekly status reports
