Job Description

The IT Support Role is responsible for providing basic IT systems support to end users via telephone, email, and technical support requests. They will assist in real-time to resolve issues and decrease downtime.

Other responsibilities include:
- Investigating, documenting, and coordinating technical issues with users
- Contribute to the development of user guides and other support materials
- Stay current on policies and relevant industry trends

Must haves:
- Three (3) years of computer systems related experience
- Bachelors degree in computer technology field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
