Job Description

**Full time, remote Learning Development Specialist role.

Candidate should have 5 year's experience.

Preferred skills:

  • Project Management
  • Communications,
  • Effective Microsoft Project (Excel, PPT, Word)

Skills - able to put a storyboard together in PPT, lay out project plan and track projects and status.

Looking for candidates who can start each day at 7am EST.

Description:

The learning development specialist position responsibilities include:

Communication Excellence (CE) consists of learning and development professionals with skills across the learning domain from design to implementation of enterprise-wide learning, focused on enhancing business communication competencies.

The role:

Support the expansion of CE through agile design, and delivery of business communication skills programs across functions. Build and manage stakeholder relationships, and work with the program coordination team to oversee logistical requirements for delivery of a full calendar of CE programs across major geographical hubs. Travel up to 50% of the time will be required., but no more than 2-3 days at a stretch.

The work:

Provide solutions across target workforce groups and job roles and help organization and business units take a more strategic view of their communication development needs:

  • Deliver learning programs, both classroom and digital learning activities.
  • Define, build, and implement learning solutions that are aligned to business priorities to help drive impact.
  • Support the creation of documents and presentations that will be used to convey important concepts and decision points to our clients/stakeholders using both written and visual data.
  • Assist clients and stakeholders in addressing their business challenges.
  • Interact effectively with executive management to identify opportunities to improve employee performance and to lead initiatives to implement improvements.
  • Analyze existing practices, recommend improvements, and lead change initiatives

  • Bachelor's Degree required
