Vaco is currently looking for a Manger of Compensation and HRIS for a client in the Triad.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.
  • Oversee and authorize the SAP HRIS configuration, design and data changes for Shared Services companies.
  • Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
  • Forecast budget for salary increases.
  • Direct Employee Personnel Records maintenance and assure accurate employee data management within the SAP HRIS.
  • Have expert knowledge of appropriate base pay, short- and long-term incentive plans including cash and equity grants and awards and stock plan administration Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
  • Advise employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA degree with 7+ years' experience leading compensation teams and programs at the corporate level.
  • Experience in strategic design, analysis and administration of all employee and sales compensation programs.
  • Experience in managing equity and stock purchase plans.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to compensation.
  • Experience analyzing market trends and providing position evaluations
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage projects independently
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); SAP experience a plus.
  • Effective cross-functional communicator.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Data Analysis skills.
  • Experience with employee benefits plans a plus.
