Our client, located near Fairfield, NJ is adding a Manager of Consolidations and Financial Systems to the team.
In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Maintain the Company's general ledger, financial consolidation and the general ledger's integrations with other systems.
- Handle the month end consolidation and reporting procedures, including the elimination of intercompany transactions
- Manage the chart of accounts and account hierarchy maintenance
- Responsible for the opening and closing periods, revaluation of foreign currencies, setting up new accounts, business units and company codes
- Maintaining AAIs and DMAAIs, subledger integrations and advanced cost accounting
- Creating and maintaining reports and ad-hoc analysis in the JD Edwards, Enterprise Performance Management and Hubble systems.
- Perform various month end account reconciliations and analysis, as directed
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of a wide range of accounting and systems experience
- Experience handling the general ledger design and maintenance, product costing, manufacturing accounting, A/R, A/P as well as supply-chain functions is required
- Exceptional knowledge of JDE system is required.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management and Hubble is a plus
