Next Gen Marketing is segmented into seven distinct workstreams which align Marketing closer to the sales process, automate manual efforts, and invest in our talent:


  • Brand Construct
  • Client Stories
  • Strategic Marketing Process
  • Insight-Led
  • Demand Gen
  • Talent
  • Communications

  • Additionally, there are partners within the Office of Change Management and the Project Management Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate Integrated Workstream Meetings

      • Weekly Marketing Transformation - Executive Decisioning
      • Biweekly Marketing Transformation - Topical
      • Biweekly Marketing Transformation - Status
      • Monthly NGM SteerCo
      • Monthly All-Workstream Leads

    For all meetings, coordinate agenda topics and meeting materials several weeks in advance to build accountability within the program, ensure timely execution, ready leadership decisioning. Work with Manager to coordinate Executive calendars. Socialize agenda and meeting materials with CMO prior to sessions. Take and distribute meeting notes and follow up on, action items after the meetings

    Status Reporting

    • Weekly status slide for Executive Sponsors
    • Biweekly Status Slides for Workstream Status Meetings - Deck development, completion tracking, and socialization
    • Updates - Software utilized for reporting and compliance (TBD)

    Analysis of KPIs

    • AIDA/Marketing Funnel
    • Leverage Model
    • Digital Efficiency
    • Talent Satisfaction
    • Likely, will add Marketing Revenue / Firm Review ratio based upon IAF process

    For all: coordinate governance with appropriate teams, set KPI standards, review with manager and leadership; set reporting expectations and develop dashboard

    MARKETING OPERATIONS & SUPPORT

    • Investment Accelerator Fund - Funding Request Submission Coordination for Any New Programming Requirements, Review, Finance Coordination, Business Case Development, FAQ development
    • Program Planning - Timeline development/tracking and RAID log tracking
    • Quarterly In-Person Workshop Event Planning and Execution
    • Maintain and Review Meeting Agenda Tracker
    • Maintain NGM Roster
    • Teams site organization

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • 4-7 years professional experience in marketing or operations
    • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
    • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
    • Strong communication and quantitative skills
    • Proven ability to support multiple, simultaneous workstreams under deadline pressure
    • High level of professionalism and experience working with senior leaders
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on excellence in work product delivery
    • Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
    • Bachelor's degree

    Preferred:

    • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker
    • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of people
