Job Description

Vaco Richmond is seeking an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant who is available ASAP and wants to dive into a new role with an industry leader. This role will be a 3-5 month long contract covering a maternity leave.

In this role, you may experience a broad range of administrative or clerical duties mixed in with cross-training opportunities.



Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Answer phones and communicate with customers and clients
  • Assist with scheduling meetings or travel for executives
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or other office software
  • Learn new tasks or software as they are implemented throughout the office and then assist in the training of the team
