Part-Time Office Manager

Our client is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join their team! This candidate will be required to work 10-25 hours a week and will have flexible hours.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination for President
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients and customers
  • Schedule client meetings, including reserving space, catering and any additional meeting needs
  • Manage company facilities and IT needs
  • Work with new clients to complete onboarding paperwork
  • Prepare marketing materials for the office
  • Create reports as requested
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Provide administrative assistance, as needed, including drafting email correspondence, and preparing presentations
  • Act as first point of contact for all visitors
  • Some light Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experienced in marketing and sales
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
