Our client is looking for skilled and personable office manager to join their team. This role is temporary-to-hire, located in Nashville and interviews will be hosted via Google Hangouts. Our client needs a candidate to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties and ensure the office is operating seamlessly
  • Manage all office inventory and supplies
  • Perform reception duties as well as receive/sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are being implemented
  • Manage the office budget
  • Assist with the office layout regarding office moves and assisting with maintaining the IT infrastructure
  • Source contracts for office repairs/maintenance and cleaning
  • Provide other administrative support such as scheduling, maintaining calendars, assisting with research and other ad hoc duties as needed and identified

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's graduate preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years' experience in administrative/office management role
  • Organized and a self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products
