As an Accounting Supervisor, you will apply your general ledger, month-end close and supervisory expertise to the oversight and management of a team. You will also provide clients with a full range of financial services.

Your areas of responsibility in this role will generally include:

    • Map operator level financial information to company's financials and record monthly journal entries.
    • Prepare monthly reporting package, including:
      • Balance sheet and income statement variance reporting
      • Cash flow/distribution analysis
      • Capital expenditure reporting
      • Analysis of performance metrics (occupancy, margins, RevPOR)
    • Obtain and review account reconciliations for material balance sheet accounts and reconcile to company's accounts
    • Review lease amendments, modify/maintain lease profiles in CM module.
    • Bill and apply monthly rent payments, including escrows.
    • Maintain, and insure compliance with SOX documentation
    • Coordinate with operators to obtain support for various audits.
    • Record monthly forecasts and annual budgets for both NOI and capital.
    • Prepare various 10Q/K disclosures and other quarterly reporting schedules.
Requirements:

  • BS degree with Accounting emphasis
  • Previous public company experience
  • Previous experience in real estate or healthcare preferred
  • Detail oriented with good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel capabilities
