We are looking for a part time receptionist or administrative assistant to join one of our clients with a strong team and an unmatched company culture!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the company, as well as managing the front office space, and consistently going above and beyond to create memorable interactions for clients.

Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Answer phones and communicate with customers and clients
  • Assist with scheduling meetings or travel for executives
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or other office software
  • Learn new tasks or software as they are implemented throughout the office and then assist in the training of the team
