Payroll | San Jose, CA | GL Experience in San Jose, CA at Vaco

Job Description

• One payroll staff is doing the job of 2-3 people, need someone to come in and assist him
• Position is primarily payroll, and if we can offload some basic GL duties to this person that would be ideal
• Need experience with ADP payroll
• Currently on QuickBooks, migrating to PeopleSoft sometime next year
• Processing payroll for ~100 people for one entity and 40-60 people for another entity
• All payroll is for California employees
• Person will need to be fully on-site for the first two weeks, and on-site roughly 2 days/week thereafter
