Title: Project Coordinator
Description: The Project Coordinator will provide construction and property management support for a portfolio of properties, including collecting and disseminating data to internal teams and updating the database. The Project Coordinator will report to the Construction Manager and will be asked to support all team members within the company, including the Vice President of Asset Management, CFO, COO, General Counsel and Chief Investments Officer on an as-needed basis and with all aspects of the company's business.
Responsibilities:
- Actively work and communicate with Tenants in order to accurately gather and track updated insurance information related to ongoing construction activities such as:
- Certificates of insurance
- Certificates of Occupancy
- Project turnover schedules
- Participate in tenants' weekly construction progress meetings to understand current project status, milestones, and hurdles.
- Provide and document updates in database of construction projects in order to accurately disseminate current information to all stakeholders
- Participate in reoccurring insurance meetings with risk management to provide updates on construction activities and project information as needed for master insurance programs
- Assist (as directed) in the processing of funding requests and quarterly accruals for all active tenant improvement and development projects
- Participate in potential acquisitions including data gathering of required information such as proposed budget, schedule, and construction plans to include capturing property details into the database.
- Review and monitor tenant tax payments and document as appropriate in database
- Liaison with third party consultants and internal team.
- Additional tasks as requested and needed.
Qualifications:
- Two+ years of relevant job experience
- Construction or property accounting a plus
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to collaborate as part of a team and support the office as needed
- Detail oriented
- Experience and proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
SALARY: $80-95K + Bonus + RSUs
