Job Summary

The Project Manager/Coordinator manages, supports and services project assignments through completion. Administers procedures and processes that measure and manage customer satisfaction. Identifies, analyzes and reports trends. Provides interpretation of report information and makes recommendations for improvement. Monitors and assesses data for accuracy & integrity. Communicates activity progress to stakeholders and team members. Supports Program Managers to resolve issues that arise. Delivers oral & written presentations of project results.

Must-have:

  • 6 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 2 years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.
  • Project coordination or planning, IT Project Management and/or Data Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to analyze complex system requirements and present them to stakeholders in simple, easy to comprehend manner

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior knowledge / experience using JIRA or defect tracking tools is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the project development life cycle.
  • Hands-on with process-mapping and modeling.
