Job Description

Project Coordinator will be dedicated to a Global ERP Program and will work as part of the team providing support services for the active releases and/or workstreams within the ERP Deployment Program. Role will be responsible for supporting Program Manager/Project Managers in the execution of onboarding and offboarding resources, Sharepoint updates, data entry and validation, and other support activities in the delivery and execution of the program.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project manager/project coordination/data analysis role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex map of program stakeholders and organizational structure
  • Must have strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and multi-task in high pace environment
  • Experience in data analysis related tasks, activities, or projects
  • Understanding and experience with basic Project Management concepts - project plan, risk and issue tracking and management, resource tracking and meeting management

Responsibilities:

  • Perform SharePoint/Microsoft Teams administration including user access management, basic library configuration, and periodic check of SharePoint governance compliance
  • Serve as point person for Resource Management including resource onboarding and offboarding, general administration and staffing plan management. Responsible for execution of the process, data accuracy and communications to stakeholders.
  • Support and own meeting setup and preparation including scheduling coordination with internal and external stakeholders, logistics, consolidating inputs, Powerpoint decks finalization and agenda preparation
  • Documenting meeting notes and follow-up on actions and decisions
  • Ad hoc analysis of program risks and issues, decisions needed and deliverable completion status
  • Providing administrative support as needed
